We have camper hookups and beautiful scenic camping spots available. Camp as far out in the country or as close to the main lodge as you like. Get up close and personal with nature, and/or have a wonderful bed and breakfast experience. There is also a guest house and cabins. We have wifi available as well.
Great Plains Buffalo Ranch has mountain biking and hiking trails on private property and in the surrounding areas. Rock climbing and forest recreational areas are close by as well.
HUNTING and FISHING
Great Plains Buffalo Ranch offers thrilling hunts for buffalo, mule deer, whitetail deer, pronghorn antelope, waterfowl, and pheasant. We have archery, shotgun, black powder, and rifle hunts available. It’s a dream come true for the avid hunter! In addition to memorable hunting adventures we also offer excellent freshwater fishing on private and public water reserves. Large mouth Bass, Walleye, Bluegill, and Yellow Bullheads swim in our waters.
Hunting the magnificent buffalo in a respectful, traditional manner is unequaled in excitement and adventure. Our bison hunts will enable you to relive a bygone era using methods that were used to hunt buffalo over a century ago. Finding your trophy bison, deer, and/or pronghorn on a ranch this size makes for a true hunt. Our excellent guides are well trained in hunt safety, wildlife, and rangeland management. They are educated in the history of the area and know the land well, which will give you the most unique and exciting hunting experience of your life. Meals and lodging are included in the package prices. We have a photographer available to capture your hunt if you desire. We guarantee the hunt. We will make arrangements with our meat processors and taxidermist. Head, cape for mounting, and meat are the property of the hunter.
