Reptile Park Offers Reward for the World’s Largest Reptile

A fossil of the prehistoric snake, known as the Titanoboa Cerrejobis, was recently discovered in the Columbian rainforest. This massive snake fossil, found by a Palaeontologist from the University of Florida, is an astounding 42-feet long - if alive today, it would weigh in at one ton.
“Think of today’s South American anaconda - now imagine it’s the length of a school bus and as heavy as a VW Beetle - that is one impressive reptile,” says Terry Phillip, Curator of Reptiles at Reptile Gardens in Rapid City, South Dakota.
Reputed for their expert knowledge and large collection of exotic reptiles, this award-winning reptile park is currently offering a reward for the discovery (and safe delivery) of a 30-foot Anaconda or 30-foot Python.
The payout is $50,000 for this rare and unusual specimen, although it must be delivered to Reptile Gardens alive and in good condition.
“The largest living snakes today are the giant anaconda and reticulated python, and under today’s current climate conditions, they rarely reach more than 30 feet in length”, explains this reptile enthusiast. “But, we are always looking to expand our collection, so finding a 30-foot Anaconda, which would be a present-day cousin of the newly discovered Titanoboa Cerrejobis, would be an exciting addition!”

Should you decide to take on this dangerous mission, remember, these animals must be legally obtained with the proper permits in place. Or, you could avoid the difficulty involved in obtaining the proper permits and the risky task of hunting one in the wild by getting yourself a baby and raising it to a prize size - although the neighbors might take exception to having a 30 foot snake in your backyard!
