For 90 years, the South Dakota Chiropractors Association has been preserving, protecting and improving the chiropractic profession as well as representing the state's chiropractors.
The nation's second largest health care profession uses spinal adjustments along with a variety of related therapies to treat a wide-range of conditions. The mission of the state's health care professional association is to educate and inform the people of South Dakota on chiropractics.
